Please understand that you can not drive to your site across the river. We are always available to help you with your gear when you check in or check out. We make every effort to keep our tent area as natural as possible. River site 1 is on the river apart from the main tenting area it will fit a fairly large tent and it is level. Next to River 1 is the bridge over Alyssa's Spring Branch, named after our granddaughter.
If you have too much to carry we will be happy to load up our trailer and carry your gear to your site, here Ricky Jr. is unloading at river site 1.
River Site 2 above, is called the honeymoon site, we have had several marriage proposals here too. On the river, separate from others and it will fit a small tent. Not perfectly level but comfortable. The view upstream from river 2 is great. River Site 3 above is on the river, small and separate from other sites, it will fit a small tent. The site is not perfectly level but very comfortable.
Tent sites 1 thru 9 are along the back mountain, the large cabana above is in tent site 5, the group above are in the big site. The three bottom pictures are taken from the mountain behind, from left to right are sites 4,5,6,7,8,9. It is crowded only on Holidays. We have three options for group sites give us a call. We do not allow loud drinking parties, 10pm is quiet time.
Slippery Rock is a favorite hangout for the young children. You access it from the back tent area.
Long site, T-1 next to the bridge. The long site can hold several tents for a large family and it is the closest to the bridge. Picture on the left shows a four room tent from Sams Club, it is huge and you have plenty of room left over.
This is how you get to the back tent area. As soon as you get to the end turn right for Long Site, and left for the Big Site. This is the view of the river from the back bridge as you cross to get to the tent sites.
This view is from the pavilion towards our new bridge, this is a common area.
This is the trail to the river sites, the rock is for sitting while the kids play in the common area.
The swimming hole under the bridge is about 3-4 ft deep
