Kids will love this camping trip you can go camp in a tent with your spouse and enjoy the quite solitude of nature while the kids stay in a Swiss Chalet next to you. Dry, safe and secure, when it rains you might just sneak in there also.

Playhouse Cabins at Catawba Falls Campground is the only place you can experience this unique adventure. This 8x12 log cabin gives the kids a wonderful, dry and comfortable camping experience. The cabin is designed for small children but adults can enter thru a side door and even sleep inside if they desire.

The cabins are all on the banks of the Catawba River and the sites will hold a large tent next to the cabin. Each site has water, electric, fire pit and a picnic table. The cabin contains a loft that will fit a single blow up mattress with another single mattress under the loft. Then there is open area for parents or more kids (this is sleeping area only and mattress are not included).

You can have up to 4 kids in the cabin and 4 persons in a tent outside, no extra charges for a family of 8.
